6. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of the design process.
7. Collaborate with developers to implement designs, ensuring the final product aligns with the design vision and adheres to best practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or Designer.
3. A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design and development skills.
4. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision.
5. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and a basic understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas effectively.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
8. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Test Engineer to enhance our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of QA methodologies, experience in the vaping industry or a related field, and the capability to lead quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement advanced QA testing strategies for vaping products, ensuring they meet all quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Lead the design, development, and execution of test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated) to find and resolve product defects. Collaborate with product development teams to integrate QA processes throughout the product lifecycle, from design to production. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in QA testing, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a strong focus on automation testing. Experience in the vaping industry or related fields is highly desirable. Proven leadership skills and experience in managing QA teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
